Go back to the beginning. Ask yourself: What is this burden that is emotionally overbearing? Why does it affect you so much? Are you feeling overburdened with your mental baggage? Words act as the output that lowers the burden. If you feel that you can’t get straight to the point, that’s fine, start with saying things that make your comfortable.
